We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Sales Force team in New York as a Sales Support Executive.
As a Sales Support Executive, you will add immediate value by supporting the Corporate and Leisure sales function from an office base providing administrative support to manage and develop relationships with Qatar Airways’ Corporate / Leisure customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide sales support for respective Account Managers as assigned by the Manager Sales Support to ensure that the assigned Account Manager receives the required administrative support for the processing of ticket refund authorizations and that waivers for the corporate and leisure clients.
Manage Agent Debit Memos (ADMs) and Agent Credit Memos (ACM) procedures (both internally and with business partners) to ensure that these are managed on time to avoid a backlog and that travel agents are communicated with at the earliest.
Prepare travel agency and corporate fare updates, policy changes, product updates and distribute via electronic and hard copy to ensure that the business has an updated manual on fares and required changes in a timely manner.
Perform other department duties related to his/ her position as directed by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Reservation and ticketing knowledge and experience in using Amadeus
Sales support experience
Experience in handling ADM’s and chargeback using ARC
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
You must have the right to live and work in the US to be considered
