    Due to our continued growth, AES in association with their client airline Ryanair are recruiting for a Training Programs Coordinator to be located at our offices in London Stansted, UK within the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, you’ll gain fast-track experience of working across all elements of the department and will be part of a strong team delivering industry leading training.     Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • The person will be responsible for ensuring the Training department:

    • Responsible for the coordination of all basic level training programs for Ryanair Group, this includes but not limited to:

    • Junior Aircraft Engineer Program

    • UK Apprenticeship Program(s)

    • Irish Apprenticeship Program

    • Assisting in the recruitment process for all training programs within the Ryanair Group

    • Manage Rostering for all training programs

    • Responsible for the planning of Instructors for all basic level training

    • Coordinate eLearning enrolment for students to their designated training weeks

    • Continuous improvement of basic level training programs through feedback and intervention

    • Tracking of training program performance and be responsible for providing management with continual feedback

    • Responsible for ensuring final program reports are written for successful trainees and issued to the production department in a timely manner.

    • Working with the standards team to track and maintain On the Job Training Experience of trainees for aircraft licencing in line with their program targets


    Job Requirements

    • We are looking for someone to join our team that has experience in coordination and/or training administration. We want the successful candidate to be keen to learn, provide new ideas to the training team and interact openly to the wider network. You must also be a great communicator as you will be working with different nationalities, diversities and ages! We are looking for someone to join the team who is meticulous, has a good attitude and most important is a fun, positive and open-minded person! The below details the requirements further:

    • Degree or appropriate qualification related to business administration or experience in a teaching/training setting

    • Previous experience in a client-facing job i.e. teaching assistant, training administrator etc.,

    • A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team

    • Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams

    • Good working knowledge of Office 365, and keen to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working ways

    • Be an effective communicator and interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to face, virtual)

    • Applicants must be open minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team

    • Must have a strong work ethic and show responsibility to their own work and completion in a timely manner

    • Must be flexible and able to adapt to change quickly

    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

    • Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Must hold a valid EU passport and happy to travel where the business requires.

    • Must hold a valid EU Driving Licence
