Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Preparing projections of manpower requirements, anticipating and addressing short falls as far in advance as possible, look for opportunities to optimize in conserving labor costs.
Maintain organizational charts, call trees, planning documents required by the 5 Star audit standards.
Handle various employee needs, such as scheduling, time off and shift changes in a timely manner.
Manage staff reliability and attendance programs and daily staff allocation teams.
Prepare weekly financial snap shot on hours, OT, and expenditures.
Deliver budget and finance targets.
Responsible for Support Personnel.
Other assigned duties by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
Employee-friendly approach.
Able to make decisions independently and manage to priorities.
Concise communicator, Written and spoken English and presentation skills are key, advanced Excel, PowerPoint and
Microsoft Office skills a must.
Must be at least 18 years of age;
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English;
Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
Capable of lifting comfortably 70 lbs;
Prior ramp experience a plus;
Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays;
Work is done primarily outdoors. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions;
To report any significant deficiency in our products, material and documents;
Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices especially those relating to safety and security;
Must pass pre-employment medical;
Must pass drug test;
Must pass an FBI background check and obtain a custom seal;
Must pass driver’s test with the Department of Airports and obtain a driver’s license to drive on Airport Operational Area (AOA);
Experience with key airline customers is desirable.
Experience with Roster-apps/Simply-work, Kronos, strongly preferred.
