    This job is a member of the Corporate Badging Office team within Corporate Security. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties within the badge office, including producing ID’s and providing physical access for team members and contractors.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Processes ID badges for team members worldwide as well as local contractors

    • Provides physical access to our buildings based on the approved level of access

    • Interacts face to face with our customers

    • Handles a steady volume of phone calls and requests with a variety of departments

    • Document accurate information in a timely manner

    • Monitors and responds to email from several centralized email accounts

    • Prepares and ships daily ID badge requests and renewals


    Job Requirements

    • ​​​​​High school diploma or GED equivalency

    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization

    • Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with other team members

    • Ability to use a computer and prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work under pressure, handle a multitude of tasks, and focus close attention to detail

    • Ability to type 40 to 50 WPM as this position requires timely and accurate information

    • Ability to work extra hours to meet operational needs

    • Ability to provide strong customer service

    • Ability to protect the integrity of confidential information

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience providing customer service

    • Knowledge of onboarding process

    • Experience with Honeywell and Pegasus physical access systems

    • Experience in creating high volumes of badges
