Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (any shift may be required)
Must demonstrate above-average organizational skills
Plan, direct, monitor and document all aircraft movements
Plan, direct, monitor and document all aircraft fueling
Document all aircraft services provided
Plan and direct daily aircraft meet and greets with internal departments
Provide management team with requested reports
Operate computer and multiple communication equipment
Work well with all levels of management, other internal departments, Airport Tower, and customer flight departments
Organize, develop and execute aircraft ramp arrivals and departure
Maintain billing records at high levels of accuracy
Knowledge of Hazcom, EPA, Fire Safety, Notams, Aviation Navigations and FARS
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Must have a strong working knowledge of FBO line functions
Must have or the ability to be approved for MWAA ID Badge
Prefer a knowledge of FAR Regulations and the ability to read and understand weather information
Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills are a must with established ease in interacting effectively with a wide range of people
Must be courteous, tactful and friendly in dealing with everyone
Position will require sitting, and using a computer keyboard and screens for long periods of time.
Will work in noisy environment.
College Degree in related discipline and/or at least than five years related experience and/or formal training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to be over age 21 with a valid vehicle driver’s license.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass an FAA required 10-year background check and a 7 year criminal check
Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of VA as well as a clean driving record
