Job Description
The MSP Customer Service Supervisor (Part Time) position is responsible for overseeing the work all the customer service positions at Terminal 2. The MSP Customer Service Supervisor (Part Time) will be responsible for directing the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of customer service functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Supervise all functions of the airline customer service including, Ticket Counter, Gate, Passenger Assistance, and Baggage
Supervise, plan, and assign the daily operation of the customer service team
Complete shift reports and sign timecards
Ensure that customer service personnel adhere to established company and federal safety regulations
Prepare incident reports as needed for violations of company policy
Assist in the customer service areas, as needed
Conduct shift briefings to ensure staff is organized and informed
Promptly handle all customer service complaints with a focus on positive resolution
Ensure accuracy of all weight and balance requirement
Follow safety regulations, which include the proper use of jet bridge equipment and wearing safety PPE
Job Requirements
Previous Airline customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous supervisory experience
Preferred Skills
