Job Description
The incumbent will handle tasks related to the reception of passengers at the Lounge. The agent will meet the requirements of the company, will provide exceptional customer service to passengers and ensure all the operational requirements are adhered to according the Lounge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Give exceptional and personalized customer service;
Welcome, inform and direct the passengers at the Lounge;
Clean tables and surfaces to ensure that the Lounge is clean and welcoming at all times;
Ensure that the buffet is full and appealing at all times in compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards;
Conform to the legal rules pertinent to the airport industry, Health and Safety at work as well as all the other company’s policies and work procedures;
Be able to react properly in case of emergency and apply the measures to be taken;
All other tasks necessary for the good operation of the Lounge Department.
Job Requirements
Have Exceptional Customer Service skills;
Bilingual (French & English), spoken and written, third language (an asset);
Have a good employee file;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy;
Diplomacy and team spirit;
Availability for different shifts: morning, day, evening, night and weekends (24/7).
