We're looking for a Maintenance and Engineering Administrator to join the Maintenance & Engineering team. You will be responsible for providing Administrative support to the Management team with the day-to-day business of the Department.
You are detail oriented, strive for accuracy and know how to prioritize. You will be responsible for administering various tasks and general administrative support for the Management Team.
Reporting to the Manager, Contracts & Administration, you are self-motivated, highly organized and able to perform the assigned tasks independently and objectively in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Control/track submit timekeeping and Per Diem/UltiPro Overtime to payroll for the Line Maintenance and Materials department.
Track and maintain AOG and Overtime availability and call lists.
Support New Hires and renewals for GTAA correspondence and security forms.
Maintain annual Vehicle Licensing and Insurance renewals.
Prepare and Verify monthly Credit Card reconciliation(s) and expense reports.
Oversee and validate uniform ordering, distribution and purchasing.
Own certain DLs (distribution lists) and keep them up-to date.
Prepare travel arrangements as required.
Perform all other duties as requested by the VP, Maintenance and Engineering/Manager, Contracts and Administration.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required and Post-Secondary education an asset.
Must have at least 5 years of experience working in an office environment with an Administrative role.
Excellent computer software knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) are definite assets.
Thorough understanding of office procedures and protocols.
Must maintain a cooperative, approachable team-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of Maintenance environment and airline operational experience will be considered an asset.
Must have the ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
