We're looking for a Business Travel Coordinator to join the SellOffVacations team. You will be responsible for Complete Business Travel air, car, hotel, group and meeting room reservations per our business travel policy
You are a results-oriented Business Travel Coordinator, responsible for following company procedures, guidelines and standards as per Business Travel policy. Reporting to the Business Travel Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of bookings & meeting deadlines of all requests including consultation as it relates to Visa & Passport requirements, invoicing and cancellations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Complete Business Travel air, car, hotel, group and meeting room reservations.
Respond in a timely manner to emails, voicemails and customer requests.
Follow company procedures, guidelines and standards as per Business Travel policy.
Responsible for own management of bookings & meeting deadlines of all requests including consultation as it relates to Visa & Passport requirements, invoicing and cancellations.
Stay fully informed and stay abreast of all airline and hotel rules and regulations, any industry requirements so accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements.
Resolve any client concerns, assist with follow-up on company comments or other client-input either in writing or by dealing directly with client to resolve any service problems.
Keep Director of Retail promptly and fully informed of all matters of significance.
Utilize preferred vendors to reduce business travel cost and maximize on revenue opportunities.
Support with customer reporting requests.
Suggest improvements to benefit the client and the company.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Exceptional customer service skills
Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good problem solving ability, attentive to detail
Strong sales skills
T.I.C.O certified
1 year experience in a Travel Agency
