    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Air France support

    • Processing rob, and part outs request

    • Procuring material from OEM and Surplus Vendors and other airlines

    • Researching material requirement, utilizing the IPC, Component CMM’s, and Vendor drawings

    • Following expediting shipping guidelines when applicable.


    Job Requirements

    • The Emergency Response Coordinator is responsible for providing parts support to hangar maintenance line maintenance and MRO/OSV Site to ensure aircraft ready times are made. This includes: Resolve and handle all Parts Provisioning parts shortages that require Delta procurement; responsibility for the movement of all parts required for all shortages and open OMI / MCO / CMI / PUSEDO items requiring parts through the SAP system. This entails sourcing parts through approved suppliers, verifying certification paperwork, creating purchase orders, and arranging transportation after purchase; Responsibility for coordinating/originating paperwork for aircraft, engine, NHA, and Kit robs to support Hangar and Line Aircraft; Ensure compliance is maintained according to all Delta, FAA, ATA, IOTA, DOT, and OSHA policies and procedures as they relate to aircraft maintenance and part movement. This includes support of all aircraft and component configuration issues as called out in all aircraft maintenance technical manuals. The ERC will also ensure compliance and safety practices are followed in all operational processes and procedures.

    • Candidate shall possess: prefer knowledge of TOPPS and Materiel Services' instructions related to Material Control; Proficiency in interpreting materiel catalogs, overhaul manuals, drawings and technical manuals is desired. Candidate should be familiar with ATA systems and their applications and possess a general knowledge of aircraft and engine systems and operations. Prefer knowledge of the SAP and MIRS/GEM computer systems. Candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with the many people, in all areas, both inside and outside of the company.

    • Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.

    • Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
