    ​This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. ​Responsible for ensuring the Procurement team has the required supplies, materials, etc., to complete required tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • ​Performs system updates (SEPTRE, SAP, SABRE/DECS and AAPICS) for the processing of supplier and part number add/change requests, verifying information is correct-and-complete; includes researching the supplier and adding required information

    • Supports sourcing efforts for component repair and material purchasing; includes supporting the "New Item Request" process

    • Issues, edits, and corrects purchase orders (PO), Repair Orders (RO), Form 3011s and Supplier Invoices (including SPEC2000 Notifications)

    • Creates and maintains System Information Records (SAP, SABRE/DECS and AAPICS)

    • Updates M50, MYI, etc. records (SABRE/DECS and AAPICS) for all shop-related company part numbers (including price and lead-time data)

    • Reconciles Special Action Documents (SADs) for the Receiving and Inspection process, working with the Stores Organization to verify parts' receipt and resolve held orders

    • Sets up Engineering Specification Order (ESO) records

    • Builds non-inventory POs (AAPICS and SAP) which can include spare engine purchases, spare quick-engine-change (QEC) material plus various other services

    • Processes Notification of Receipt Action Records (NORARs), PO/RO cancellations, A-suffix updates, Return-Material-Authorization forms (RMAs) and part/serial number changes

    • Works with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clear held invoices or other paperwork discrepancies

    • Maintains the following screen/keywords in DECS: AAPREP, AAPWAR, AAPCON and MYA

    • Provides support and back-up for the Procurement team


    Job Requirements

    • ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency

    • Minimum typing skill of 25 to 49 WPM

    • ​Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook

    • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable

    • Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • ​​Experience in PowerPoint and SAP
