This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for ensuring a complete crew on all flight departures at no-crew base stations.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors flight progress using IOC Advisor, LOFDS, ECAC, OCM and Screen Printer, making any necessary crew changes due to late operations, flight cancellations and irregular operations, including RON delays
Maintains and controls system wide coverage on all flights through coordination with IOC personnel including Pilot and Flight Attendant Scheduling
Modifies existing sequences and creates new crew pairings to maintain schedule operations, particularly during periods of irregular and off-scheduled operations
Supplies additional Flight Attendants on a daily basis on flight segments as passenger loads might dictate
Assists Crew Schedule operational employees, when necessary
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
1 year Crew Scheduling experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed
Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
Ability to work with all levels of management and union groups
Ability to prepare written and verbal turnovers
Ability to learn computer applications and apply knowledge
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines and with minimal supervision
Ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis
Ability to be able to manually complete duties in the event of computer outages
Ability to speak clearly over the telephone and radio, and be understood by crew members regarding contractual and FAR limits, and assignments
Ability to memorize computer entry codes and city codes
Ability to understand the 24-hour clock and worldwide time zones in daily conversations with crew members
Ability to read, understand and comprehend the flight attendant or pilot labor agreements
Ability to work shifts, including weekends/holidays, work overtime as required, sometimes with little/no notice
Knowledge in PC/MAC, Sabre/DECS
