    Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator is to document, investigate, and respond to formal customer complaints in a way that promotes a positive customer experience and meets regulatory requirements. This team is passionate about serving customers and learning from the feedback we receive. The Customer Care Coordinator will interact with customers on a regular basis, both by phone and through written correspondence.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Managing customer service correspondence and incoming phone calls including complaints, general travel information, compliments

    • Provide complex problem resolution and passenger advice

    • Administrative work including research, generating files and follow-up to consumer input including working with other departments to acquire necessary information

    • Processing refunds as appropriate

    • Issuance of travel vouchers due to schedule changes, mechanical delays, other service failures, pet fees

    • Processing requests for medical waivers


    Job Requirements

    • Previous customer service experience

    • Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

    • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet regulated timelines

    • Ability to work and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
