Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator is to document, investigate, and respond to formal customer complaints in a way that promotes a positive customer experience and meets regulatory requirements. This team is passionate about serving customers and learning from the feedback we receive. The Customer Care Coordinator will interact with customers on a regular basis, both by phone and through written correspondence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Managing customer service correspondence and incoming phone calls including complaints, general travel information, compliments
Provide complex problem resolution and passenger advice
Administrative work including research, generating files and follow-up to consumer input including working with other departments to acquire necessary information
Processing refunds as appropriate
Issuance of travel vouchers due to schedule changes, mechanical delays, other service failures, pet fees
Processing requests for medical waivers
Job Requirements
Previous customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet regulated timelines
Ability to work and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
