Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers.
Responsible for supporting cross-departmental projects/initiatives via communication, meeting coordination, preparation and organization of meeting materials, schedule preparation and distribution, document preparation, timeline and time frame documentation, etc.
Assists Leadership and Employees in resolving questions, discrepancies, or procedural problems within established timeframe's.
Responsible for assisting with the execution of existing procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines, support planning decisions, engage stakeholders, and deliver on department goals and requirements.
Prepares and coordinates detailed special and recurring reporting for operational and non-operational procedures
Maintains and archives historical records by documenting changes and revisions to materials such as memos, project files, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Assists with real time reporting for the purpose of evaluating status, company processes, and procedures
Develop an understanding of Ground Operations and its relationship with other departments.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with Ground Ops' partner departments.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company and personal information.
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
1+ years relevant work experience
Previous experience with roster/bid management is preferred
1+ years of performing audits in compliance with Company policies and procedures is preferred
Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting (30lbs), sitting, standing, and bending related to filing.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel proficiency required.
Demonstrates ability to deliver high quality results when contributing as an individual or member of a Team, including when under tight time constraints and/or while dealing with competing priorities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Demonstrates good judgement when given confidential/sensitive information.
Possess an understanding of influencing strategies.
Able to assist in the definition of problems/challenges using various techniques to support realistic solutions.
Exhibits the ability to listen actively and attentively, take notes, and organize meeting materials.
Comfortable and articulate delivering formal communication, written and verbal, to various levels of the organization including Customers, subject matter experts, and Leaders.
Ability to organize and balance multiple concurrent initiatives/assignments while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery.
Able to support assignments/projects which are owned cross-departmentally.
Effectively follows Leadership direction.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
