Job Description
Performs routine sec and clerical duties. Operates word processing equipment/personal computer to prepare letters/reports/memorandum and other materials, as required. Proof reads finished documents for accuracy and completeness. Schedules appointments and meetings. Makes flight reservations and books hotels for travel. Completes and submits vouchers for stations manager's budgets. Monitors and orders office supplies. Team correspondence and reports. Gathers and summarizes information for reports. May handle confidential personnel or business information. Completes payroll spreadsheets and forwards to corporate payroll dept. Verifies overtime/OT and straight time for budgetary purposes. Logs CTO, RTO, PPT, vacation and holidays in Quicken Reports. Handles company mail, e mail, voice mail, faxes as well as outside mail. Handles clerical work in Station Manager's absence.

Job Requirements
Previous secretarial experience required, preferably in the airline travel industry.
Strong working knowledge of MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Correspondence experience as well as working knowledge or expense statements and travel arrangements preferred.
Must be able to live/work in Canada.
Fluency in French/English required.
Handles GTAA cargo report.
Charter handling.
Month end statistics for station.
Knowledge of Quicken preferred.
