Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
To support Delta's global diversity and inclusion strategy to seek diversity, promote inclusion and drive accountability, we are supplementing the D&I team with additional skills and capacities to lead enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion-focused network and partnership development, internal and external diverse pipeline growth.
This position will report to the Manager - Diversity & Inclusion Partnerships and will help coordinate programs that build Delta's internal and external diverse talent pipeline and networks.
This role will partner closely with the areas of the business and within HR on executing strategies to identify, strengthen and grow the diverse talent needs for the future.
Successful candidates will have strong organization and project management skills to support corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives, programs, events, goals and strategies as assigned.
The individual must be both skilled in and passionate about the areas of diversity, inclusion and equity
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, Org Development or other related field,or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years' experience in HR, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition or role with related functions is strongly preferred.

Ability to prioritize and multitask and consistently deliver on time and within budget
Experience executing programs for large, cross-functional audiences
Ability to break down large, ambiguous or complex assignments into smaller, measurable chunks to enable progress tracking
Excellent oral and written communication skills, conveying messages in a compelling manner.
