Job Description
This job is a member of the Drug and Alcohol Team within the People/HR Division.This position will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the company drug and alcohol program. They will administer drug and alcohol testing services for the company. We will provide training that meets DOT federal standards, which also may require you to conduct same gender observed drug collections. Hours may vary and may include evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Conducts drug and alcohol collections; reviews test results
Manages drug and alcohol testing to ensure it is compliant with federal regulations and company policy
Ability to address abnormalities or other collection issues
Maintains an accurate record keeping of all tests and results
Prepares copies of the testing paperwork and send to appropriate parties
Acts as liaison with the drug testing laboratory, corporate medical clinic and Medical Review Officer
Maintains records of current qualifications and re-qualifications of the drug and alcohol collectors as mandated by the DOT and the FAA
Extensive walking will be involved
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience/training
2 years’ experience in Customer Service
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Minimum typing skill of 25 to 49 W.P.M.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language

Airline experience
2 years’ experience working with federal regulations, preferably with in-depth knowledge of drug and alcohol issues and inspection process
Knowledge of saliva alcohol testing a plus
Knowledge of DOT 49 CFR Part 40 Drug & Alcohol regulations
Knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 121 Subpart E and F regulations
Experience with spreadsheets and report preparation
Experience with data input
