    The Administrative Assistant for Flight Operations is responsible for providing administrative and office support for multiple supervisors as well as the flight operations staff. This position carries out a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to: communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Manage DRS Messaging System & the military leave database

    • Track and manage manual compliance

    • Assist Safety/Security with international flying compliance

    • Facilitate Flight Operations personnel payroll

    • Manage crew member status (personnel action notices) and Flight Operations department reports

    • Cross coverage for Executive Administrative Assistant as needed

    • Perform a variety of administrative duties

    • Compile and deliver reports, maintain databases in Excel and maintain files

    • Compose, type and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material as assigned

    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned


    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Two-five years of experience in an office environment

    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Programs, with emphasis on Excel

    • Preferred qualifications

    • Associates Degree

    • Experience within the aviation field

    • Knowledge of Sabre Suite Systems
