Job Description
This job is a member of the Cargo Operations Team within the Customer Experience Division. Responsible to ensure stations meet all Local, Federal and Corporate mandates, regulations and compliance directives while keeping detailed records and proactively present discrepancies to station leadership or escalate issues to headquarters if necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Investigates irregularities and fines received from the FAA, TSA, DOT or other regulatory agencies
Interacts with company leadership and outside regulatory agencies to ensure stations meet all Local, Federal and Corporate mandates, regulations and compliance directives
Conducts station self-audits to review Financial Controls, Customer Experience, Cabin Appearance, Ground Operations and Baggage areas
Oversees vendor contract maintenance
Manages ad hoc and operational needs such as baggage initiatives, offload audits, etc.
Assists the station during irregular operations
Represents American Airlines in small claims court
Must be willing to travel for business if needed
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Must be able to adjust hours/shifts to meet business requirements and workload demands with short notice
Must be able to successfully complete a mandatory off-site Ground Security Coordinator training and other required training
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills in organization and time management
Ability to interpret Local, State and Federal laws
Ability to work well under deadlines and high volume stress periods
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to constant changes while working with minimal supervision
Knowledge of SABRE or QIK
Customer service experience
