Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Maintains operation of Air China flight (including the passenger or cargo portion);
Coordination with relative agents and departments of Washington Dulles International Airport
Resolves ticket or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
Recommends potential sales products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
Prepares passenger and financial reports by collecting relative data;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Job Requirements
High school diploma or above required
Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility
Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
