    LTCS Customers benefit from on-site customer service, the complete range of material management, warehousing and 24 hour availability on a variety of aircraft components, such as hydraulic pumps, gear drives and avionics, on stock at facilities in Fort Lauderdale, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York (JFK).

    Our organization in Miami Lakes, FL is looking for you as an Intern for our Closed Loop Customer Service and Account Management Team. LTCS offers students practical experience in a dynamic working environment during an internship. All interns are fully integrated into the team while working on their own projects or tasks as well as supporting the daily business. A later career entry with our team after the successful completion of your internships and your graduation is possible.     Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Your tasks and responsibilities for Customer Service Management shall include:

    • Creation and/or follow up of reports to monitor team and contract performance KPI

    • Conducting research in ERP systems, for clarifications, tasks handling and other operational tasks

    • Support with customer status reports by coordinating with different departments and IT systems

    • Data entry, processing and analysis to support internal and external customers

    • Developing of measures to keep a contract profitable (together with Account Manager)

    • Perform support functions and deputized duties as directed by the assigned team manager, leader, supervisor or account manager


    Job Requirements

    • Student in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar

    • We are only offering internships for students who are enrolled for the (whole) duration of the internship

    • Interest in airline industry, especially maintenance, repair & overhaul and material management, as well as customer relationship management

    • First work experience through relevant internships is of advantage

    • Self-confidence and focused on results

    • High level of independence, flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm

    • Communicative, intercultural sensibility

    • Team player and excellent interpersonal skills

    • Very good computer skills, especially advanced knowledge in MS Excel

    • Excellent English language skills, German and/or Spanish language skills are of advantage
