Job Description

Organize warehouse and storage facilities, arrange warehouse handling equipment, and load/unload air cargo. Provide all necessary and required under-wing ground support services including, but not be limited to, loading and unloading cargo, marshaling, water/lavatory servicing, and load planning.

Training: Must be available for classroom training starting August 5th at Denver International Airport

Schedule: This position is typically scheduled between 2pm and 8pm, 20 hours a week

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Job Responsibilities-Warehouse

• Load/unload air cargo from/to trucks

• Prepare and palletize cargo as needed

• Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correct

• Assure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operation of related equipment

• Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations

• Comply with Swissport Standard Operating Procedures and Policies

• All other duties as assigned

• Job Responsibilities-Ramp

• Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure

• Drive and/or operate ground support equipment to include tow tractors, tow bars, belt loaders, container loaders, water/lavatory service trucks, aircraft ground power units, aircraft air start units, air stairs, cargo dollies and passenger vans.

• Inspect ramp areas adjacent to gate and aircraft for debris and remove/dispose of when found.

• Report all equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor/manager

• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Must be able to work flexible hours

• Ability to work in inclement weather
