Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, manage & analyse budgets that drive over 50% of all bookings on the web platforms we operate. You will be a key member of the marketing and wider business team, working closely with all key partners and enjoying the numerous benefits of these close relationships. You will be a crucial team member in terms of delivering wider insight of the overall travel market, and information which will be delivered to CEO level. The role is a highly visible one, and you will need to be confident with people and an expert in the area to deliver cutting edge campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Specialists to develop, plan and implement large-scale paid search campaigns and strategies.
Staying fully up to date with paid search developments, planning, forecasting, managing audience, landing page testing and reporting. Also, day-to-day management and optimisation of campaigns, making recommendations on improving account performance and dealing with large scale budget changes on an ad-hoc basis.
You will help with the wider marketing team and any new developments that come in to play, and be able to identify opportunities that can support new areas of focus for the business, liaising with internal teams within Jet2.com and Jet2holidays especially the advertising teams, producing and sending reports to senior business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will bring 2+ years’ experience working in a paid search environment, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the paid search, having managed large and complex accounts, with a strong understanding account structure.
You will be highly proficient user of MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, and outstanding working knowledge of SA360, Google Ads and Bing and the wider Google product suite.
You will be able to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, and an exceptional team leader and player with experience developing and motivating a small team of junior reports.
You will bring robust numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations, and demonstrable passion for all things digital – keeping abreast of key industry trends and a hunger for innovation. Knowledge of GA360 and Brand Verity would be advantageous.
